We welcome our first school visit to Malawi

Students & teachers from Charters School in the UK head to Malawi for sports leaders coaching tour

This July, we welcomed our first overseas group visit from Charters School in Ascot (UK). Watch the VIDEO below for interviews with BPF’s Operations Director, Rory McGee, Charters PE Teacher, Al Hancock and see coaching activities in action in the Mzumanzi community.

For almost two weeks, 14 students (6 male & 8 female) and staff embraced life in Lilongwe, involving 90 Malawian pupils and nine local coaches in sports leadership activities (part of wider curriculum studies for Charters students), coaching netball and rugby. We wish to thank Charters School and Wilderness Expertise for working with us on facilitating this visit.
